Measuring your wrist for a Medical ID Bracelet:

Using a cloth measuring tape or string, wrap the measuring tape around the smallest part of the wrist, where it bends. Measure the wrist you will be wearing the bracelet on, or the largest wrist if you will be switching wrists. Take a measurement that is a "close" fit then add ½ to 1 inch according to how much "room" you like for comfort.

THEN determine the width of your Medical Alert Tag by measuring the tag (including the jump rings, if any).

Subtract the tag width from the wrist measurement you attained in the paragraph above and that will be the size needed to order.

Measure carefully as there is a $10.00 restringing charge and shipping is not included.
