Most orders that are in stock will ship within 2 business days. Special Orders and orders placed on Holidays, such as Mother's Day and Christmas may take slightly longer due to the high volume of orders. I will send you a confirmation email to let you know when to expect your shipment.

SIZING:

When placing an order for a bracelet, please let me know what size you will need. To determine your size, measure your wrist at the largest point and then add one inch. This should be a comfortable bracelet size. Bracelets usually will run in the following sizes:

      Extra Small - 6" - 6 1/2"
        Small - 7"
        Medium - 7 1/2" (Standard Size)
        Large - 8"
        Extra Large - 9"

SHIPPING:

• For orders within the United States, they will be shipped via USPS unless requested. If you prefer another shipping method, please let me know and I will get back to you with a shipping price.
• For orders of less than $100, there will be a $3.50 S&H fee added to your order.
• For orders more than $100, there will be a $6.00 S&H fee added to your order.

Order placed and shipped outside of the United States will be handled on an individual basis depending on location.

* Please note that all PENNSYLVANIA residents will be charged 6% Sales Tax (to be added to total order and shipping cost).

PAYMENT:

If you are paying with a major credit card (MC/VISA), please let me know this in your email. I will then make arrangements with you to call, or have you call me, with your credit card information as this website is not set up for secure online transactions. You may also pay by personal check (which I will email you the address) but orders will not be shipped until payment is cleared. All returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee.

RESIZING/RESTRINGING BRACELETS:

If upon receipt of your bracelet, it does not fit properly or needs repaired due to a manufacturer's defect, please email me within 30 days and I will send you instructions on how to return it. I will resize a bracelet the first time for free. This warranty does not apply to lost charms.

After 30 days, any damage to the piece will be considered to be from wear and tear. Please keep in mind that all jewelry shown is hand strung and thoroughly examined. If a bracelet needs to be resized or repaired, this will require me to cut the wire and use new wire and crimp beads. For this reason, I will need to charge a $10.00 restringing fee to cover the cost of new material, plus labor. ($15.00 for a double-strand bracelet and $20.00 for a triple-strand bracelet). If it is a repair that is needed and you have lost a few of the beads, I will need to add an additional charge for replacement of those beads.

RETURNS:

I strive to create jewelry that my customers can be proud to wear. If for any reason within 30 days of the date on the invoice, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email me (with "Return" in the "Subject" line of your email) and I will send you instructions on how to return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Please indicate in your email the date of purchase and reason for the return. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Personalized items are non-refundable unless defective. Refunds are not available after 30 days from the date on the invoice.

EXCHANGES:

If you desire to exchange your item for another piece of jewelry, you may do so within 30 days of the date on the invoice. Please email me (with "Exchange" in the "Subject" line of your email) and I will send you instructions on how to return it for an exchange. If you desire an exchange AFTER 30 days from the date on the invoice, a $5.00 handling fee will be applied.
